Minimalist Tranquility Residence is an exercise in quiet refinement, celebrating the beauty of natural materials, considered proportions and understated detail. Drawing on Japanese and Scandinavian design principles, the home pairs geometric forms with earthy tones and a restrained material palette to create spaces that feel calm, cohesive and timeless.

Custom Trace flooring was selected in exceptional 6–7m lengths and 400mm widths, creating a strong sense of continuity throughout the home. A deep wire-brushed finish brings out the natural character and texture of the timber, adding warmth and depth to the restrained interiors.

Specified in Pure Selection throughout, the flooring is complemented by a solid-profile bullnose nosing, with each full stair tread crafted from a single plank with no joints.
