Esplanade II Residence by Travis Walton Architecture is a considered coastal home shaped by its owners’ evolving way of life. Set overlooking Port Phillip Bay, the residence has transformed over several years from a busy family home into a place centred around gathering, entertaining and bringing family back together. Complementing the home’s refined material palette, our Cloud timber flooring is laid in a mix of 90mm, 190mm and 240mm board widths. The varied proportions introduce subtle rhythm and natural variation across the floor, allowing the character of the timber to unfold organically. The result is a floor that feels warm, authentic and enduring, reinforcing the residence’s thoughtful balance of contemporary design and timeless materiality.
