Designed and executed by Alesi Group, the Ormond residence is a study in balance—where sculptural form meets a refined and considered material palette. A sense of quiet restraint underpins the home, while moments of contrast emerge through striking marble and a sculptural staircase that anchors the space with both presence and fluidity.

Underfoot, a soft oak in Dune introduces warmth and continuity, flowing seamlessly throughout the home. This material language extends beyond the floor, continuing into the wine cellar where the walls are clad in the same finish—reinforcing a sense of cohesion and depth. The gentle tonal variation grounds the more expressive architectural elements, unifying each space into a calm and highly resolved interior.
